Where's the Barf Bag??!!

A group of us were training under the guise of Charles Glass for either the Arnold's or the Olympia mid 90s and were on the same diet of Orange Roughy which gave us all food poisoning that year. Bad enough we had to compete while dealing with that let alone hit THE WORST TURBULENCE on the flight home to California. 🤢
