(NOTE: SOME OF THE EXERCISES WILL NEED DUMBBELLS OR BANDS. I PERSONALLY HAVE A SET OF DUMBBELLS/KETTLE BELLS AT HOME FROM 5LBS. UP TO 30 LBS. PENDING ON YOUR FITNESS LEVEL)

FULL BODY HOME EXERCISE ROUTINE TO LOSE WEIGHT IN ONLY 7 MOVES

PERFORM ENTIRE FULL BODY ROUTINE THEN REPEAT FULL BODY 2 MORE TIMES (EXCLUDING THE BURPEES WARM-UP)

WARM-UP WITH ONE SET OF BURPEES (10-20 REPS) :

JUMP SQUATS: 10-20 REPS

SPLIT LUNGE JUMPS: 10 REPS EACH LEG

MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS: 20-30 REPS

PLANK UP - DOWNS: 20 - 30 REPS

PUSH-UPS: 20-30 REPS

BICYCLE CRUNCHES: 30 - 50 REPS

RENEGADE-ROW: 20 - 30 (10 OR 15 REPS EACH SIDE)
